My candle parties are informal. I won't bore your family and friends with long speeches about why my products are better than everyone elses! I stand behind my products and believe that their quality speaks for themselves. Of course, I will be available to you and your guests to hear comments and suggestions and to answer any questions!
Set a tentative date for your party. I need at least 3-4 weeks in advance to prepare for your party, so please keep this in mind.
Set a tentative time for your party. This is usually a span of 3 to 4 hours. For example, your party will be Sunday, February 2nd from 1pm to 4pm. We have found that your guests are more likely to show up when they don't HAVE to be there at a specific time, but can show up when it's more convenient for them.
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that we will be available for the time and date that you pick, but we will do everything we can to accomodate you!

Pick a theme for your party!
We even let you pick a theme! Cool, huh? Well, after all, it IS your party! :o)
Themes can be anything you want that we make. Love the aquariums and ocean scenes? You can have a Seascape party! Love the drink candles? Then have a From The Bar party! A holiday coming up? Then have a Valentines' Day party, or an Easter Party, or a 4th of July party, or a....well, you get the idea! Or you can have a general interest party and we'll bring a little bit of everything.
We'll also coordinate the fragrances to fit your theme.
We feel this option will add greater interest in your parties! This way, your parties are always new and the products are never boring!

Put together a guest list!
After setting a date and time and picking your theme, you'll want to start working on your guest list! Don't wait too long to start inviting people as you want to give your guest ample time to make plans to come to your party!
Don't just limit your guest list to those that are close to you. Invite coworkers, neighbors and let everyone know that they are free to bring their friends and family! The more guests you have, the more free candles you'll earn!

What else do I need to do to prepare for my party?
You'll probably want to offer your guests some refreshments when they arrive. But you don't have to go all out! A pot of coffee, soda and some finger foods (such as chips or cookies) are usually plenty. The amount and types of refreshments are totally up to you.

Are there any incentives for the guests that come to my party?
Absolutely! All of the products that we bring to your party will be offered at a discounted price!
We also may offer special incentives to your guests such as bring a friend and receive a free candle, a free candle with an order, contests and/or coupons.
Any special incentives are our choice, but we will let you know in advance so you can tell your guests!

I have guests that want to come to the party but can't because of previous engagements. Is there anyway they can still order?
We want to be sure you have an awesome party, so we've come up other ways for all your guests to order!
The first thing we do is keep your party "open" for a week! For example, if you have your party on a Sunday, any orders we receive from you until the following Saturday will be added to your total!
The best way, of course, is to get your guests to your party to see the candles in person. The beauty of most of my candles, especially the gel candles, just can't be captured in a picture.
And for those guests that cannot come but have internet access, they can also visit our website. But be sure that they get with you first! We will give you a special code for them to use when ordering from the web. This is so we know to add their order to your totals and it will also give them a special discount!

I don't feel comfortable having a lot of people in my home. Is there any way that I can still earn free candles?
Absolutely! You may also have an internet party! We want to be sure that all our customers have the chance to earn free candles!
Simply email us to set a date for the beginning of your "party". Any orders received within a week of this date will be added to your total.
All internet orders MUST use your special party discount code at checkout to be included in your totals.
Then, tell everyone you know that you're having an internet candle party! :o)
Please Note: All orders MUST BE received by 11:59 PM on your party ending date to be counted in your total.

So how do I get my free candles?
Once your party closes, we will total up all your sales from your party, brochures and internet sales. You will then get a credit based on this amount to place your order! You can place an order from the candles you seen at your party or from the web! If you're ordering from the web, though, be sure to use your discount code!
You will earn 10% in candles of your total candle sales up to $500!
You will earn 15% in candles of sales from $500+ !
For example, if your sales total $600, you will earn $65 in free candles! ($50 for the first $500 + $15 for the amount over $500)
You will also receive a free gift (of our choice) just for having the party!
You will also earn a free candle (our choice) for each completed party booked from YOUR party! All parties must be booked and completed within 6 months from the date of your parties. You will receive your free candle(s) after the additional party is completed.
Any amount over your credit is, of course, due upon order. Any remaining credit will be placed on file for you to use on your next order.
If your free candle order is to be shipped, all shipping costs are your responsibility and must be paid upfront.
