If paying by mail, please print out a copy of your final receipt and mail it to the address specified in your confirmation email.

If paying by Paypal, choose the Paypal button during checkout and an invoice with your total amount will be sent to you when your order is ready for shipment.

PLEASE NOTE: Insurance is $1.50 on any size order. We do NOT ship without insurance! This is for your protection as well as ours. If you do not agree with this charge, we ask that you please do not order as there are no exceptions.

Shipping Policy
Since each candle is poured to order, please allow 3-5 business days before shipment, large orders require more time. If this is the case, we will email you with an estimated time of shipment.

All money is due at the time of order. Items will not be shipped until full payment is received.

If you are placing a Special Order (please refer to the Special Order page), please allow 10-14 days before shipping once your order has been accepted.

We currently ship Monday-Friday either USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground for large orders.

PLEASE NOTE: We are an internet based company and do not have a store front at this time. Due to insurance reasons, we cannot allow orders to be picked up at our residence. We may, however, make arrangements with you to have your order delivered or make arrangements to meet with you to save shipping/delivery costs.
