We welcome all your creative designs for candles. That's what sets us apart! If you have an idea for a candle, such as a special shape, color, size or embed, just let us know! Although we can't promise you that we can make EVERY candle idea a reality, we can promise that we will do our very best to make your idea come true! Email Special Requests

So, how do I place a special order?
The first step in this process is to email us to let us know what you have in mind. Be as specific as you can when describing your idea.

For example, say you want to order an extra large aquarium candle. You want purple and white sand, blue angel fish and grey hammerhead sharks. You would also like a clown fish or two. Email that info to us.

DO NOT try to place the order using our shopping cart. Email Special Requests

Then what?
Once we receive your request, we will begin searching through our stock and our suppliers to find what you're asking for.

If we are successful, we will email you back and let you know! We will also send you cost and estimated time of completion.

If we are not successful, we will email you and let you know that too. But we will also email you some alternatives to your request and hopefully come up with a satisfactory replacement. We love a challenge!!!

How long does this take?
We will email you within 3 business days to let you know if we can complete your request or to give you some alternatives.

If we can complete your request using stock we have on hand, we can have your candle completed in as little as 5-7 days.

If we have to order in special embeds, fragrances or molds, your candle may take up to 14 days before completion. We will email this information to you when we confirm the order.

Please do not send any money or Credit Card information until we accept your request. Once it is accepted, payment by check, money order, Paypal or credit card is due before we proceed with your candle.

PLEASE NOTE: We do not guarantee that we will be able to complete all special requests. This is why we do not require payment until we know for sure. Some requests (but not many!)are even too creative for us! :o)
